Quality at its highest
How it all begins
Our customers either send us the endoscope for repair, or we can arrange for it to be collected. Once received, it is booked into our system for tracking purposes and a photo taken to highlight any issues.

The repair process
One of our technicians will undertake a visual inspection looking at the image, external condition and the quality of the light fibres.
The scope will be stripped and inspected further to investigate the fault.
The customer will be emailed a quote and once approved, the repairs will be carried out.
The complete assembly is cleaned and inspected. Faulty parts are replaced with the highest quality components.Â
The scope is then re-assembled to the manufacturer's specification and undergoes a set of stringent tests.

Ready for our customer
Following a 16 stage test and inspection, a photo is taken and the scope is packed for dispatch. Our customer is sent a report which includes before/after photos and details of the work completed.
The endoscope is sent to our customer via next day delivery.

Every repair includes a one year parts and labour warranty.
